Dan Mulroy spent 14 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL working the most elite individuals there are in the military. Amongst these elite few, He saw how effective leadership and teamwork can enable us to accomplish any mission, no matter the odds. After leaving the military, He saw how these same principles, and the lack thereof, affected organizations’ abilities to accomplish their own missions. As a leadership and team coach, Dan is devoted to bringing the knowledge, skills and experiences I’ve gained over the years to you and your organization through leadership development programs and coaching. His goal is to enable you, your teams and your entire organization to operate at the highest levels of efficiency, productivity and goal achievement. As a Navy SEAL, Dan has led a wide range of cross-functional teams in complex operations around the world, designed and implemented three-year training programs for foreign nation special operation forces, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and worked with foreign military and governments to develop local real estate projects for security purposes. After leaving the military, He was partner and VP of Operations at DebtMaven Inc., a debt-financing startup. He has also been a consultant to companies in healthcare and CPG. Through these experiences He brings to you the knowledge, skills, training and coaching that will enable you to build and lead effective teams and organizations.

Ronald Kasner

President & COO, iCIMS

As President & COO, Ronald Kasner is responsible for centralizing all operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, talent, corporate infrastructure and product development. With 15 years of executive leadership experience, he drives iCIMS’ efforts to accelerate growth. Kasner first joined iCIMS in 2010 as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and General Counsel. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at iCIMS for over three years and was responsible for the general and administrative operations of the business, including finance and accounting, infrastructure shared services, talent and legal affairs. Since Kasner arrived, he has helped grow the company’s employee base from 100 to approximately 800. iCIMS has since been named one of the Best Places to Work nationally by Glassdoor and in New Jersey by NJBIZ. At the same time, iCIMS’ annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew by more than 25% each year, reaching $200 million in 2018. Kasner will continue to lead the team in its next phase of growth as it aims to win the market as the largest talent acquisition software provider. Kasner holds a BS in Commerce with Distinction from McIntire School of Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. He was named CFO of the Year in 2014 by the New Jersey Technology Council. As an accomplished strategic and operational leader, he also advises other executives on strategic planning, operational excellence, and scaling fast growth businesses.

Rajan Kohli

President, Wipro

Rajan is responsible for Wipro Digital and Wipro’s consulting business globally. While that involves many different things, most of his time is dedicated to building business around talented, highly motivated, multifaceted teams. He’s always working to bring together those with a truly digital DNA – the best designers, engineers, and data scientists – to make our clients successful and create remarkable experiences for customers. Born and raised in Chandigarh, India’s first planned city, Rajan applies a philosophy of simplicity and order to everything he does. With an MBA and an education in engineering, he’s inspired by the energy, inventiveness and learning associated with starting something new. Prior to this role, Rajan led the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) vertical at Wipro. He headed this business globally with the responsibility for client satisfaction, revenue, profitability and capability development. He also has served as Wipro’s Chief Marketing Officer. An avid sports fan, Rajan loves stories of underdogs who punch way above their weight to win – in both sports and life. He also enjoys reading about innovation at the intersection of technology and business. Rajan is a director of the Wipro US Foundation. He is also a member of the Digital 50, a member-only community of senior digital leaders from globally respected organizations.

Sarah Knapp

Executive VP, Business Development & Strategy, Spruce Technology

Sarah Knapp is Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy with Spruce, a technology consulting firm based in Clifton, NJ. In her role, she is responsible for client satisfaction, business development, partnerships, marketing, and driving the firm’s strategic direction. Prior to joining Spruce four years ago, Ms. Knapp spent the majority of her career in NYC government where she established an extensive track record of success with planning and delivering complex large-scale programs. She contributes to the Spruce team her experience with strategic technology planning, change management, client / stakeholder relationship management, governance and policy development, and receivables management. More specifically, as the Chief of Staff at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Technology and Innovation, she played a key role in collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders across City government, business, and the technology community to drive Citywide technology strategy and advise agencies on opportunities for innovation. Before that, Ms. Knapp was the Assistant Commissioner for Citywide Payments and Receivable Services at the New York City Department of Finance, where she led the establishment of the City of New York’s first shared service center responsible for providing payment processing and related services to more than thirty New York City Agencies with $49 billion in combined collections. Ms. Knapp holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and her Master’s in Business Administration with a Computer Information Systems concentration from Baruch College. She enjoys meeting new people, playing tennis, and teaching her three young children about the virtues of kindness, hard work, and gratitude.

Sejal Lakhani-Bhatt

CEO, TechWerxe

Sejal Lakhani is the CEO of TechWerxe, a leading IT company based in New Jersey focused on providing small and mid-size businesses (SMBs) with customized solutions for their business. After graduating from The University at Buffalo with a degree in legal studies, Sejal began her career working for major global banking institutions in the regulatory and compliance divisions, as well as on the trading floor. For 12 years, she traveled around the world working for leading financial firms in Japan, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. In 2012, Sejal left the banking industry to join TechWerxe. Founded by her husband Tejas Bhatt in 2008, TechWere was created to bridge the gap in the quality of IT services SMBs require and what they can afford. By 2014, Sejal took over the operations, sales and marketing for TechWerxe and became CEO, while her husband continued to focus on the company’s IT services. Sejal restructured TechWerxe and under her leadership, the company earned recognition as a top 100 MSSPs (Managed Security Service Provider), top 500 MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and received numerous other industry awards. She prides herself on TechWerxe’s commitment to building partnerships with its clients, understanding their needs, and delivering valuable IT services that help them thrive. In March 2019, Sejal’s husband Tejas passed away from a heart attack at the age of 39. Since the loss of her soulmate and business partner, Sejal has repositioned TechWerxe under her sole leadership. She is committed to maintaining her strategic vision to make TechWerxe a $10 million company by 2025. Sejal attributes her success in part to the amazing group of business peers she has cultivated through years of networking and involvement in New Jersey organizations. She is currently on the Board of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Connect 4 Business Exchange (C4BX), and the Metro YMCA of the Oranges. As part of Sejal’s role in EO, she recently participated in the EO International Entrepreneurial Summit at the United Nations to address and support Sustainable Development Goals. Sejal is also part of several Mastermind groups, is an avid supporter of St. Jude’s, and works with organizations that support victims of Human Trafficking. Sejal is extremely dedicated to her two sons, ages eight and ten, and her close-knit family. She is a foodie with a passion for traveling, and loves exploring new places and cultures while discovering unique dishes from all over the world.
