Ronald Kasner

President & COO, iCIMS

As President & COO, Ronald Kasner is responsible for centralizing all operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, talent, corporate infrastructure and product development. With 15 years of executive leadership experience, he drives iCIMS’ efforts to accelerate growth. Kasner first joined iCIMS in 2010 as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and General Counsel. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at iCIMS for over three years and was responsible for the general and administrative operations of the business, including finance and accounting, infrastructure shared services, talent and legal affairs. Since Kasner arrived, he has helped grow the company’s employee base from 100 to approximately 800. iCIMS has since been named one of the Best Places to Work nationally by Glassdoor and in New Jersey by NJBIZ. At the same time, iCIMS’ annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew by more than 25% each year, reaching $200 million in 2018. Kasner will continue to lead the team in its next phase of growth as it aims to win the market as the largest talent acquisition software provider. Kasner holds a BS in Commerce with Distinction from McIntire School of Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. He was named CFO of the Year in 2014 by the New Jersey Technology Council. As an accomplished strategic and operational leader, he also advises other executives on strategic planning, operational excellence, and scaling fast growth businesses.

Rajan Kohli

President, Wipro

Rajan is responsible for Wipro Digital and Wipro’s consulting business globally. While that involves many different things, most of his time is dedicated to building business around talented, highly motivated, multifaceted teams. He’s always working to bring together those with a truly digital DNA – the best designers, engineers, and data scientists – to make our clients successful and create remarkable experiences for customers. Born and raised in Chandigarh, India’s first planned city, Rajan applies a philosophy of simplicity and order to everything he does. With an MBA and an education in engineering, he’s inspired by the energy, inventiveness and learning associated with starting something new. Prior to this role, Rajan led the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) vertical at Wipro. He headed this business globally with the responsibility for client satisfaction, revenue, profitability and capability development. He also has served as Wipro’s Chief Marketing Officer. An avid sports fan, Rajan loves stories of underdogs who punch way above their weight to win – in both sports and life. He also enjoys reading about innovation at the intersection of technology and business. Rajan is a director of the Wipro US Foundation. He is also a member of the Digital 50, a member-only community of senior digital leaders from globally respected organizations.

Sarah Knapp

Executive VP, Business Development & Strategy, Spruce Technology

Sarah Knapp is Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy with Spruce, a technology consulting firm based in Clifton, NJ. In her role, she is responsible for client satisfaction, business development, partnerships, marketing, and driving the firm’s strategic direction. Prior to joining Spruce four years ago, Ms. Knapp spent the majority of her career in NYC government where she established an extensive track record of success with planning and delivering complex large-scale programs. She contributes to the Spruce team her experience with strategic technology planning, change management, client / stakeholder relationship management, governance and policy development, and receivables management. More specifically, as the Chief of Staff at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Technology and Innovation, she played a key role in collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders across City government, business, and the technology community to drive Citywide technology strategy and advise agencies on opportunities for innovation. Before that, Ms. Knapp was the Assistant Commissioner for Citywide Payments and Receivable Services at the New York City Department of Finance, where she led the establishment of the City of New York’s first shared service center responsible for providing payment processing and related services to more than thirty New York City Agencies with $49 billion in combined collections. Ms. Knapp holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and her Master’s in Business Administration with a Computer Information Systems concentration from Baruch College. She enjoys meeting new people, playing tennis, and teaching her three young children about the virtues of kindness, hard work, and gratitude.
